Cane Corso Italiano
The cane corso italiano has many photos available and is not usually found on sites doing breed rescues.
Looking like a Mastiff, this breed has a strong body build, thick skin, and a square head and muzzle. These dogs are best suited for experienced owners since they need a lot of training and will obey only to people proving their dominance over the dog. Harsh methods are not acceptable, though, when training these dogs.

The breed first appeared in Italy and was used as a working dog with stress laid on physical and temperament characteristics during breeding. Nowadays, there dogs are gaining popularity, though not yet recognized by many all breed registries including the American Kennel Club.
